One-Way Ticket: Halitska Planning Escape to Russia
Her husband has already settled in Moscow, and she is a frequent visitor. What is known about Viktoriya Halitska’s escape plans?
When searches begin, criminal cases are opened, and investors flood the courts with class-action lawsuits, many developers go into panic mode. But Viktoriya Halitska took it a step further. While defrauded investors fight for their homes, she appears to be preparing a backup plan: relocating to Russia.

According to sources, her common-law husband — previously sentenced to 8 years in prison for construction fraud — is already living in Moscow. Moreover, Halitska herself has traveled to Russia multiple times over the past year, and a flight ticket under her name with an open return date has been issued — a classic tactic used to flee in case of imminent arrest.

What’s telling is the complete silence about these trips in the public space. In interviews and on social media, Halitska makes no mention of Russia, focusing instead on “charity work” and “building orphanages” in other countries. In reality, however, more and more signs suggest that Moscow may become her refuge from Ukrainian justice.
Halitska’s inner circle avoids giving direct answers, but it’s known that if the situation worsens, one landing at Sheremetyevo Airport is all it would take for her to disappear from the view of Ukrainian law enforcement. Russia, as is well known, does not extradite Ukrainian citizens in politically sensitive or economic cases — especially if there is “support” on the ground.

Her potential move may have also been facilitated through the pre-sale of assets. According to available information, the following were put up for sale over the past year:
– Part of the commercial property owned by the “Dynastia” company
– Her private residence near Kyiv
– Several apartments and townhouses in Vinnytsia

This could explain the sudden “activity” around business liquidation and online reputation scrubbing — likely an attempt to simulate the closure of affairs before fleeing.

For investors, this means one thing: if urgent measures aren’t taken to freeze her assets and prevent her from leaving the country, the case may end with the main suspect vanishing beyond Ukraine’s borders.
